Details from the form are used to reply, offer a clinic time, or point you to the right hospital pathway. They are not a medical record, and sending them does not start a consultation. A record begins only when you are seen.

The practice does not sell this information and does not use it for advertising lists. It is not shared except with the people who need it to arrange your visit, or if the law requires it.

A call uses your phone provider. A WhatsApp message is handled by WhatsApp as well as by the clinic. Links to LinkedIn and other outside sites leave this website, and those sites have their own privacy rules.

This website does not use advertising cookies or a tracking network. The host that serves the site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the time of a visit, so the site can stay available and secure. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile.

An appointment request is kept only as long as it is needed to arrange or decline the visit, and then for any short period the clinic needs in case you call back about the same request. If you are later seen, the clinical record is separate and follows the rules of the clinic or hospital where you are treated.
